PSLE ORAL COMMUNICATIONS WORKSHOP

The child who can express herself/himself clearly and effectively from a young age is often a more successful person in school and in society. The world today requires the individual to think on the feet quickly and decisively, making decisions and communicating it under very limited resources and time.

This PSLE Oral Communications Programme aims to help the child achieve these objectives:

1. Develop the awareness to speak and communicate clearly in English.
2. Develop good vocal projection
3. Learn to think and react quickly to given situations
4. Develop good lateral thinking responses

How long is the programme?
The programme is a one-hour programme conducted over a 10 week period.

What is covered in the programme?
Through a variety of activities, students will cover speech, reading, picture discussion and develop conversation skills.
